Sample Submission
Where should I send my samples?
Please send all samples with a completed sample submittal form to:

Can Accugen return tested samples?
Yes, we can return samples upon completion of testing for an additional cost. Please indicate on the sample submittal form that you would like your samples to be returned.
Can I submit samples that need to be frozen or chilled?
Yes, send samples that need to be kept cold or frozen on ice and indicate on the sample submittal form if the sample should be stored in a refrigerator or freezer.
Testing
Can I obtain copies of the raw data?
Accugen does provide cGMP data packages at a cost of 10% of the cost of the test. Please indicate on the sample submission form that this is required.
Can I obtain a copy of the test method?
Test methods, which are not proprietary, can be provided to the client. All test methods can be reviewed on site during an audit of Accugen. If a proprietary method is requested by a Government agency, Accugen will provide the method directly to the agency. Minimal cost will be charged to the client for preparing and shipping these documents. Please incur for charges.
How are reports issued?
The reports are sent in a PDF document through e-mail. All e-mails included on the sample submittal form will receive a copy of the report.
Who do I speak with to discuss lab results?
Please call Accugen at (800) 282-7102 and ask for the department manager or supervisor. Each report has a unique lab number at the top left corner of the report. We can then pull this report from the file and discuss any issues you may have.

How do I get a quote for testing?
Direct an email to info@accugenlabs.com or call us directly at 800-282-7102 for quotes.
You will be sent a quote for your testing in 1-2 business days.
How do I pay for testing?
You can pay via check, money order , Visa, Master card or wire transfer until credit is established.
How can i establish credit with Accugen?
A blank credit application will be sent for all new clients. Please complete the credit application and return it to Accugen. It will take 2 to 3 weeks to process the completed credit application.
FDA Regulations
Does Accugen follow FDA regulations?
Yes, Accugen follows current Good Manufacturing Practices, Part 58 Good Laboratory Practices for Nonclinical Laboratory Studies, and Part 11 Electronic Records: Electronic Signature as per Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
Is Accugen registered with the FDA
Yes, Accugen is an FDA registered laboratory.
Is Accugen audited by the FDA?
Yes, Accugen is routinely audited by the FDA.
